Merry is a Nationally Certifiied Pilates Trainer through the NPCP (National Pilates Certification Program).
Merry discovered her passion for Pilates a little later in life when she experienced the amazing benefits of the method first-hand. Earlier in life she participated in various sports then continued her love of running, often enjoying road race events with her husband and two sons. However, that repetitive movement began to take a toll on her body. Intrigued by how Pilates helped create a greater ease of movement and balance between her muscles, once committed to the practice, she knew she wanted to help others reap the numerous benefits it offers.
She has been teaching for 13 years.
